Bicycle Crashes

Many bicycle crashes are often the result of another driver violating the cyclist’s right-of-way at a traffic signal, or they are the result of a cyclist ignoring a signal at an intersection. Understanding how the traffic signal and other traffic control devices operate, and where each intersection or roadway user was located in the split seconds leading up to the crash are critical. Retaining an expert witness with personal and professional cycling experience is also critical.
